How many vendor spaces do you need.

Please describe either your vendor space products, artist products, or simply why you wish to be apart and how you plan to participate in this event. *

Assistant(s) to each vendor is allowed, please limit to one per 10x10 or 8x8. Special situations will be granted, please discuss with organizers the number of vendor passes you will need for the event. For each reserved space, 2 event passes for the weekend will be issued. Additional passes will need to be purchased, but each additional pass,will be discounted 50%.

I understand that all fees are refundable upon cancellation 30 days prior to event, and that all paid fees are forfeited upon cancellation after that date. Please contact us for any special circumstance.
