We do not require any attendees or vendors to wear masks of any kind at our shows, and we do not require any vaccinations/paperwork. It is the responsibility of all individuals to assess their own health risks and plan accordingly. 

We are ALWAYS hunting for able-bodied folks to help at our events. Volunteers at our DEC event will obtain FREE admittance to our next show! Please email us at KansasCityRetro@gmail.com if you'd like to lend a hand for some of, or all of, the event! 

All vendors must complete their vendor application and pay any outstanding invoices before being guaranteed a spot at our show. All fees are refundable upon cancellation until 30 days prior to the event. Any cancellations after that date will result in forfeiture of any fees paid. All vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and personal belongings.
